The Third Paragraph: Your Desire

Now is the time to talk about your interest in the role and the specifics as to why you would like to work for the company. Be specific, and whenever possible, base these specifics on the research you have made on the company and the job ad itself. Be sure that your own confidence in your ability to do the job well and be successful is evident. If it applies, also remember to mention the desire to be challenged and to learn and grow and how working with this organization will contribute to this desire.
